Every Kit Is Prepared With Care

Each diamond painting kit goes through several preparation steps before shipment. This includes canvas printing, drill organization, quality checking, and secure packaging.

Most orders require 3–6 business days for preparation before they are ready to ship.

Once your order is completed, it is handed directly to our shipping partners for delivery.

All orders include a tracking number, which is sent by email as soon as it becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the parcel moves through international shipping facilities. This is completely normal during transit.

Depending on your country, final delivery may be completed by local postal services or regional courier partners.

Why does my order take several days to process?

Most of our kits are prepared after the order is placed rather than stored as ready-made stock. This allows us to offer more artwork choices and custom sizes.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is usually sent once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier.

Why has my tracking stopped updating?

International tracking sometimes pauses between shipping hubs or during customs processing. Updates normally resume after the next carrier scan.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Once shipped, changes are often no longer possible.
