Shipping Information

We ship worldwide, tracked, with honest delivery windows shown before you buy — never a fake “ships tomorrow.”

The short version: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery is roughly 8–16 business days to the US and 10–20 business days worldwide. Every order is tracked. Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Processing time

Standard kits are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. Custom kits made from your photo take a little longer, because we create and send a digital proof for your approval before printing — see custom order tips.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and local carriers can occasionally add a few days. We’d rather show you an honest range than a number we can’t keep.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated by destination and shown clearly at checkout before you pay, in USD. Any current promotions or free-shipping thresholds will apply automatically in your cart.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Delays, damage & lost parcels

We stand behind every shipment:

  • Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we’ll replace it free.
  • Lost in transit? If tracking stalls well beyond the estimated window, we’ll replace it free.
  • Running late? Reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it before dispatch if you contact us quickly, but we can’t reroute a parcel once it’s on its way.
