We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

This applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

Some items are not eligible for return.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom kits cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or have a factory fault. Because they are made specifically from the image and details provided for your order, they cannot be returned based on personal preference alone.

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a short explanation of what you need help with.

If your package is still in transit, please wait until it is delivered first. Once it arrives, we will guide you through the next steps.

If your return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Please note that fees may apply for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are usually issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

We recommend keeping your return tracking receipt until the refund has been fully confirmed.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours with the subject line: CANCEL ORDER and include your order number.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom kits cannot be canceled once production has begun. Some in-stock orders may ship quickly, so contacting us as soon as possible gives the best chance of making a change in time.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will review the situation carefully. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Damage to the outer shipping box alone is not considered product damage if the kit inside arrives safely and remains usable.

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, we will correct it at no extra cost. This includes the wrong product, wrong specifications, or missing accessories. 

Paint coverage can vary slightly depending on the color. If you run out of paint, we can send extra paint free of charge upon request, but refunds are not issued for this reason.

Minor canvas dents caused during transit can usually be fixed at home. If the dents are severe, we can review the issue and provide a replacement canvas where appropriate.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please first check around the delivery area and contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are later lost or stolen.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates.

Carrier delays, customs delays, and force majeure events are outside our control, so compensation is not available for delayed deliveries. Even so, we will still do our best to assist and keep you updated when possible. 

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We may be able to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for undelivered packages caused by address errors.

Custom kits are eligible for a refund or replacement only if they arrive damaged or have a factory fault.

They cannot be returned based on preference, expected appearance, or a change of mind.

If you are not happy with the result, send us clear photos and we will review the case. Where possible, we will help adjust the issue, review the design, or prepare a remake if needed.
