1. Overview

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information and Returns & Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Products & availability

We do our best to display products, colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary and finished diamond-painting pieces will show natural sparkle and slight variation. Products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue items at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example if an item is out of stock or payment can’t be verified). A confirmation email means we’ve received your order, not that a contract is guaranteed until dispatch.

5. Custom kits

By ordering a custom kit, you confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload and grant us permission to reproduce it solely to produce your kit. Because custom kits are made to order, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns — see our Returns & Refund Policy. We provide a free proof and free revisions before printing.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the recipient’s responsibility. See Shipping Information for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to 5D Diamond Painting and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
